Owner Edward Harrison has been involved in the business of strength and conditioning for over thirty years. In 1982, he was one of only a few people in the UK to own and operate a ground breaking Nautilus fitness centre.
Over the years Edward has supervised thousands of personal training sessions and helped people of all ages to achieve their health and strength goals. He applies the Vital Exercise principles in his own life and currently exercises for no more than twenty minutes once per week. Edward is fifty one years old.
He is a certified high intensity training specialist.
