TED HARRISON

Ted first developed a keen interest in exercise as a teenager. A few years later, in 1983, he opened his first commercial gym.  Over the course of the last 40 years he has continued to study and apply an eclectic mix of exercise styles tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.

Ted has been featured as a guest on numerous podcasts, and his advice is sought by clients and fitness professionals all over the world.

In an industry where a fitness qualification can be earned in a two week course, it is good to know that there are professional trainers out there with decades rather than day’s experience…Ted Harrison is a rare breed of trainer.

LORRAINE PARTRIDGE

Lorraine began her own fitness journey in the late 80’s and started learning Ted’s unique approach to exercise over twenty years ago. Since then she has studied various methods of strength training, body transformation and fitness and has had hands on experience with hundreds of satisfied clients.
